What is a Credit Guide?
Under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act), we are required to give you a Credit Guide as soon as practical after it becomes clear that we are likely to provide you with credit assistance. Our Credit Guide explains the credit assistance services we provide, our obligations to ensure any credit recommended to you is not unsuitable for your circumstances, the fees and charges that may be payable, details of commissions we may receive from credit providers, and how to make a complaint if you are unhappy with our service.
